Return Services


How can I return a product?
Clients who have received damaged, defective or wrong products can exercise their withdrawal right (Legislative Decree 206/2005, section V, articles 64-67) within and not after 14 days from the day you receive goods (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in February 2014). Total refund of the incurred expenses will occur upon products return.

The return request must be sent by email to the address and it must include:
  • Client’s personal data (name, surname, address, email address, phone number);
  • Number of invoice;
  • Description and quantity of refunded products (in case of partial withdrawal);
  • Reason for returning;
  • Amount paid;
  • Bank details for refund.

After the verify of request accuracy, the client will be contacted by our Orders Office and he/she will be allowed to send goods, intact and in their original package, together with the written request to this address: Makeit, via Oberdan 52, 76012 Canosa di Puglia (BT).
Shipment is at the expense of the client and must be done within 10 days from the authorization. After the goods receipt, we will refund the client.

How can I receive a refund?
Refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 days from the goods receipt at Makeit.
